Collectief Amsterdam is a group of five artists who all live and work in Amsterdam. A mutual respect of each others work and a shared interest in how they are represented brought the group together. All work with the medium of glass with each having an individual, yet complementary, approach. Of the highest technical quality, their work is less based in the traditional roots of technique but rather stems from strong personal expression.Their work provides a glimpse of contemporary glass art in the Netherlands. The group has exhibited internationally and all have work in leading public collections around the world.
